Refund policy

Refund Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that customized parcels are non-returnable.

Return Policy for Change of Mind:
If you change your mind and want to return an item, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:
You will be eligible for an exchange if you receive a damaged or defective item or if the item does not match the description or guarantee provided. We will deliver a new parcel to you.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
